Q:
Why doesn't HeatmorTM offer a dual fuel (propane or
natural gas Competitors will use the reason for the dual fuel option as having the propane as a back-up method should your furnace run out of wood. In the case a pump fails or any other mechanical error should occur – you would NOT have a back up. Your furnace would be inoperable and your home will be without a heat source. When a Heatmor is installed, the existing indoor furnace will back up the Heatmor when the Heatmor is out of wood. Installers will specifically hook up your Heatmor to be the primary source of heat and your existing heating system as the back up. If you should ever have a mechanical problem – your indoor furnace will be your back up and you and your family can rest assured knowing you’ll have constant warmth. |
